I did it. I deleted my xanga. Was that ever a bitter sweet moment! I signed up for my first xanga site almost six years ago. My first posts on the site had the hidden intention of letting the guy I had a crush on, know what was going on in my life. There were fun posts about my first road trip with my friends to more serious posts about struggles in my relationship with the Lord.
Since that time, I experienced the heartache of that first crush not working out as well as a few other heartaches. I have gone on quite a few more road trips.I have also had greater "lows" in my relationship with the Lord than I think I could have dreamed about when I first started the xanga site. But, I have also experienced greater joys since then that have seemed to make the lows worth it. I was glad to be able to look at the blogs one last time and see the different people who have come in and out of my life.
*disclaimer* there is no hidden agenda with this blog. I don't even know who reads it.
