8 year old Aleks: "Heather?"
Me: "Yes buddy?"
Aleks: "Can I have a drink?"
Me: "Sure buddy, what do you want?" (in my head, I think of the options: water, milk or juice)
Aleks: "Coffee"
Me: "You want coffee?"
Aleks: "Yes, will you make me coffee?"
Me: "No"
Aleks: " PLEASE!?!?"
Me: "Absolutely not."
Aleks walks away with his head down.
He definitely doesn't need coffee. :-) However, he may have been slightly tempted to try it since you had enjoyed 3+ cups of it yourself yesterday. haha He probably just wants to be cool like you.
