My last final for the semester (and for the summer) was Thursday night. After the final, my professor suggested we go out to eat as a class. So half of the class and my professor went to a pizza joint and shared many laughs and fun interactions. It was nice to chill with and get to know people I most likely would never interact with, if it weren't for this class.
My Prof told us that out of her eight years of teaching, we were only the second class that she truly enjoyed and if we needed a letter of recommendation, she would write one for us! So far I have three professors that are willing to do that! Anyway, all that to say, it was a wonderful evening with some great classmates.
On Friday, I had a "close to perfect" day. It started out with a run at my favorite park, then laying out at the pool with a friend and of course there was baking in the day as well. :-) The day finished off with a worship night, eating subs with a friend on my playground and some great conversation.
Now on to working. :-)
